HOUSTON, Texas – Commissioner Jack Morman recently completed the reconstruction of the North Shore Park walking trail. The project included reconstructing the three-quarter-mile asphalt trail to a six-foot wide concrete walkway, extending the trail nearly 160 more yards, and re-grading five acres of land for improved drainage.

“This park is known for its high traffic in walkers and joggers, so I’d like to thank everyone for their patience during this project,” said Commissioner Morman.

The Precinct is currently in the planning phase of trail improvements at W.E. Bill Crowley Park in East Aldine. They hope to have that project complete by the end of this year. For more information and updates on the Precinct, be sure to follow our Facebook page, “Harris County Precinct 2.”
