Precinct2gether - Youth Program

The Precinct2gether Youth Program was founded January 2007. With a professionally trained staff dedicated to helping youth, we maintain quality programming while strengthening relationships among parents, youth and their community. We are very aware that today's youth face difficult choices every day about school risk, behaviors and relationships and we want to be there to give support and guidance to encourage positive choices.

Precinct2gether Youth Program develops youth academically, physically and socially guiding them to become productive citizens in their communities.

Precinct2gether Youth Program offers After-School and Summer Day Camp Programming to youth in second grade through eighth grade. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and a Registration Packet must be filled out completely for each student participant. Our youth consist of boys and girls from a variety of backgrounds that are considered "at risk" academically and socially as well as youth from underprivileged households.

The Precinct2gether Youth Program began as a pilot summer camp at J.D. Walker Community Center and an After-School Program at Cloverleaf Elementary and has graduated to serving over 1,200 youth and their families at several camp sites throughout East Harris County.

The Precinct2gether staff understands the problems youth face from day to day. This program is an ongoing effort dedicated to enriching the lives of our youth so that they may possess the discipline and character that leads to a productive future.
