This 2012 year was the tenth anniversary of Christmas In July for the South Channel Precinct2gether Senior Program. Over eight hundred people attended this Christmas In July market. Not only does Christmas In July provide a service to the Precinct2gether seniors but also contributes a means of support to small business owners and retired folks from all over the Houston area and other cities such as Angleton, Alvin, Baytown, Highlands, Friendswood, League City, Nassau Bay, Pearland, Pasadena, Webster and others. What’s nice about Christmas In July is that folks are given an opportunity to do their Christmas shopping early and to enjoy a fun family outing in the middle of the hot summertime. We appreciate the support given by generous sponsors, volunteer seniors, and the Precinct Two family of which this Christmas In July fundraiser would not be possible.
