About the Park

Bay Area Park is a 64.3 acre park overlooking Armand Bayou. Among the tall trees you can picnic by the duck pond or walk along the flagstone trails and gazebo in the Oasis garden. Launch your canoe and paddle along the historic Armand Bayou. There is a variety of playground structures, baseball and softball fields, and tennis courts. Bring your dogs and visit Precinct 2’s first dog park.

I love Bay Area Park being so close to the water! It's got a very accessible boat launch for my kayak. Super nice park. I bring my dogs here all the time!
