Precinct 2 Begins Phase Four of Cloverleaf Area Roadway Improvements

CLOVERLEAF, TX – August 8, 2019 – Commissioner Adrian Garcia continues improvements in the Cloverleaf area as the road reconstruction project advances to phase four. The $1.7 million phase begins construction this month and includes reconstructing nearly four miles of asphalt roadways. The roads to be improved are Brownwood Street, Hershe Street, and Waxahachie Street between Nadolney Street and Manor Street. Drivers are reminded to travel through the work zones with caution. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

This multi-phased project was funded by federal grants targeting areas damaged by Hurricane Ike. Phases one through three have improved over 20 miles of roadway in the Cloverleaf area.
