HARRIS COUNTY, TX— Commissioner Adrian Garcia is proud to kick off the design of the first roadway project in Harris County and the State of Texas that will seek Envision® Verification. The reconstruction of Kowis Street in East Aldine is intended to enhance the economic, social, and environmental conditions along the corridor between Halls Bayou and Precinct 2’s James Driver Park.

La reconstrucción de la calle Kowis en East Aldine está destinada a mejorar las condiciones económicas, sociales y ambientales a lo largo del corredor entre Halls Bayou y el parque de James Driver del Precinto 2.

Harris County, TX— On August 9, over 190 Precinct 2 seniors and teens came together at the East Harris County Activity Center thinking it was just another bingo day. Little did they know what was about to unfold.

CHANNELVIEW - JACINTO CITY, TX – August 28, 2019 – Commissioner Adrian Garcia is proud to announce that construction will begin on a new BetterStreets2Neighborhoods (BS2N) project in the Channelview and Jacinto City areas in September. BS2N is a Precinct 2 program dedicated to preserving asphalt roadways by conducting base repairs, asphalt milling and overlay, as well as roadway button and striping replacement.
