Luz has called Cloverleaf in Precinct 2 home since 1985. Inspired by her father, a veteran, she has dedicated her life to advocate for survivors of domestic violence and other vulnerable populations. 

Veronica Puente, Community Center of the Deputy Darren Almendarez Community Center, helps shape the well being of the Northeast Community Center.

Joel Cooley, Risk and Emergency Management Division Manager, helps take Carew of safety mitigation and management for all of Precinct 2 employees and provide safety awareness and help coordinate all preparedness and response from the precinct during emergencies.
