A lifelong Aldine resident, Carmen is proud to serve as the East Aldine Community Liaison for Precinct 2. Carmen never expected to work in government, but now she believes life's unexpected turn led her to her true calling.

Byron has been instrumental in leading the Precinct 2 Engineering Division to break a record in the amount of Precinct 2 dollars invested in infrastructure projects in a single fiscal year. This means improved roads, better drainage, and safer communities in Precinct 2.
